I doubted if I can ever get back into shape, but this gym put me on right track again.The coaches always accommodated my limitations due to injury when I started. I have been mostly doing the small group sessions with amazing coaches such as Eric, Sonia, Mason, Walter, Freddie, B, Shelby, Ian, Syd to name a few.The exercises are a good balance of push vs. pull, upper and lower body. There is a lot of emphasis on correct form to prevent injury. Barbell lifts are done in small group sessions only while large group lifts are mostly dumbbells. Core exercises are always included in the routine to strengthen the whole body as well. You won’t feel a change overnight but persistence and perseverance will pay off.Also, I love the diverse background of coaches. As a minority, I’ve always felt welcomed and included by all the coaches in this gym.Kudos to Fulcrum and I will keep going to this gym as long as things stand as they are :)

I like that I am encouraged to challenge myself at my own level, the trainers are focused on form and safety, not machismo. If you come more often and push yourself harder, you will see more "results" - but for me, a manageable routine is more important, and I appreciate that this approach is accepted here.

Almost 3 years later, I'm stronger than I've ever been, and I'm still in love with Fulcrum. Their trainers are knowledgeable, attentive professionals. The members are friendly and encouraging at all fitness levels. The overall effect is a welcoming and supportive community of people who keep each other motivated. All of the trainers are rockstars - they are very friendly, knowledgeable in all things fitness, and are focused on making sure people are having fun and being safe with the workouts. I love the variety in the workouts and can see my body changing. It's hard work, but I wouldn't want to do in at any other gym.

This one really stood out for the quality and challenge of workouts, knowledgeable, and friendly staff, as well as a good member atmosphere.
