I joined almost 10 years ago - 100% changed my life.The owners are amazing, the staff is top notch, the facility is clean and updated. Everyone can do CrossFit! Let me repeat that…. Everyone can do CrossFit! It looks different for every person- which is what makes it so amazing. Everyday the workout is different, the challenge is different. Every movement can be modified for various fitness levels. Don’t think anymore about it- give the Starks a call and join the fun!
March 04 · Heather LordI can’t begin to to describe how wonderful this place is but I’ll try! There are no strangers here - everyone is family. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable about everything CrossFit-related. The owners, Kyle and Stephanie, are the kindest people I have ever met and will do everything in their power to ensure your experience is worthwhile. The programming is FANTASTIC. There isn’t any competitive pressure to be as good as the fittest in the gym - but if you want to get there you will have hundreds of people to support you and cheer you. There is an in-house nutritionist who really knows her stuff - all of which is evident in the many folks who have lost weight, improved performance, etc. The facility is brand new, plenty of equipment for large classes and TONS of class times to accommodate a long commute/busy work schedule/kids. I could go on and on - but you should definitely check this place out for yourself!
