★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Training House makes you feel like part of their community right away. Everyone from owners to trainers to members are friendly and encouraging. I love that group training classes are never the same - Kenya, Al, and Angelo do a great job of creating new and challenging workouts. So happy I joined TH!
June 10 · KC WhittyIt is difficult to put into words what a powerful and special place Training House is. Training House is a community; real-talk, no lip-service. It's a place to feel good and get better. It's a place to destress, and a place to engage. The staff and members are all-around wonderful and kind and supportive people, Amy and John are fantastic owners, and the programming is top-shelf, choice-select. My life was blessed before Training House, and it has improved in ways that are impossible to quantify since.
June 06 · Henry MelcherI have been a member of this gym long before it became The Training House Gym. Andy and Amy have transformed this gym into one of the best gyms in the Baltimore. The gym has a great group of knowledgeable trainers, and always offer challenging workouts that change weekly to keep you motivated. The added pleasure is there are a great group of people that work out here and they are a big part of why I love this gym.
January 07 · Norman LoverdeI had my first therapy session yesterday for my lower back.Gabby was very professional, attentive, and helpful … truly a pleasure to spend an hour with. The therapy included dry needling, cupping, stretching, and exercises. My back felt significantly better the rest of the day … and I experienced no pain getting out of bed the next morning.I’m so excited about feeling better! I wish I new about this treatment sooner!
July 06 · Gary BeckerDr. Gabby is absolutely the best! Having played at the college level years ago…injuries are not new to me. I ruptured a disc in my back and could barely walk. Dr Gabby literally saved my life! After months of PT I’m able to return to my workout routine w/ zero sciatic pain and most importantly NO Surgery required. Dr. Gabby is amazing, compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She stuck w/ me during an extremely difficult time; she not only healed me, but educated me on how to properly workout and strengthen my body. “This isn’t your father’s PT facility”….. It’s a game changer.I would send my mother, child, college athlete, and any PRO athlete to The Training House.#Truth💪🏻
