Best reformers I’ve been on! Far far far out beats any other Pilates studio in the area! My favorite classes are Fly, Form & Fire (… aka all of them). Would recommend Flow or Form for first timers. This studio has such a positive and welcoming energy, and I already feel so much stronger! Do yourself a favor and book the class you’re thinking about!

January 22 · Calyssa DionI’m a 74 year old guy and the staff has taken me under their wings. They are knowledgeable, patient , and considerate. They have set me up with great routines for my entire body. Routines are challenging but doable. When I leave there I know I’ve had a good workout and I know I want to come to my next session. Highly recommend.
January 17 · Frank OuelletteI was in town for the weekend and wanted to find a local gym i could pop into the get a workout in. When I stopped in, Kathleen, one of the owners, set me up with a day pass. This was an insanely clean and stocked gym for being open for two years, huge plus. Though i did my own thing, they have turf space, two massive cables, several power racks, and all of the dumbbells under the sun.The cool part of this gym is that it is designed for personal training, minus the huge cost. There were 5 others in here when i arrived, and Kathleen was guiding them through their own personalized workouts...simultaneously. To get one on one training and coaching, but not have to pay the full price of an hour with a personal trainer is pretty genius, especially if you are coming 3 to 4 times a week.10/10 would recommend if you’re in the area or just stopping by.

Kristen’s boot camp class in the AM is awesome if you are a morning person… you’ll feel comfortable and look forward to starting your day at Form. Good vibes and great workouts all week 👍🏻
