★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Simply a Feel Good Place, From the beautiful environment to the knowledgeable instructors FOL is my favorite place to reset and recharge. I love the 7pm classes like “candle lit slow flow” and “rest and restore”. They really help me let go of the day and relax. Also Vinyasa with Sara is excellent! Her flows are so fun and her teaching style is really resonates with me. Great cueing and time to process the pose. Definitely add this boutique yoga studio to your self care routine.
July 04 · TrishHighly recommended…great stress buster. Great instructors & amazing environment specially in meditation classes. each session of class has power to become more self loved & feeling calm & relax. I love it. Thank you all instructors. I am so grateful & lucky to have you all.
September 10 · Palak ChitaniaI live out of state and had the privilege of practicing at Flower of Life Yoga while visiting my daughter this summer. From the instructors, to the building itself and the all around positive vibes, it is the most amazing studio I have ever visited! Amanda’s Yin/Yang & restorative classes were absolute zen experiences. Jack’s flow left me so energized for the day and introduced me to new poses. Sara’s outdoor Sunday garden yoga class, where music is replaced with the sounds of nature and occasional church bells, took tranquility to a whole new level. This studio, hands down, inspired me to pursue my 200 YTT hours which I am halfway through. I can’t wait to visit again and potentially catch a sound therapy session!!!
December 18 · Dawn BoyerI found Flower of Life through a friend that runs an area Veterans organization. He invited me to join the Saturday morning session with a group of Vets and supporters. I’m so glad I took him up on his offer! Flower of Life is a beautiful and tranquil place, a perfect setting for anyone’s practice. Sara is a brilliant instructor and made this new guy feel totally at ease. She was so welcoming and gracious, an absolute joy to meet. I live a decent distance away, but I’ll find my way back soon. Highly recommend!
December 22 · Kevin HoltI have been coming here for almost 2 months now and from the first visit I was HOOKED! The instructors are phenomenal and bring beautiful energy to each class. Flower of Life help remind me what self care looks like! The community in the walls is refreshing and kind. If you're looking for your first yoga class or if your looking to shake up your routine, Flower of Life is where you want to be!
