★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been a loyal patron to the Bed Stuy Flow Pilates location since it opened, and it is a vital part of my week. There have been and currently are so many high-quality instructors, and the classes have been leveling up as all of the Flow community gets stronger and stronger. I love being able to get such a holistic workout just a few blocks from home in a chill, come-as-you are atmosphere. Huge, huge fan of this studio!
May 27 · Sarah DahnkeTbh I hated Pilates until I started going to Flow. Every instructor I’ve encountered here is kind, knowledgeable, and skilled at crafting challenging programming that is effective, makes sequential sense, and feels good on the body even when it’s difficult. Special shout out to Sierra who has helped me build deep core strength and stability in my hypermobile joints. I’m now lifting heavier weights and sustaining faster cycling tempos, thanks in large part to her classes!
May 26 · Amber QuiñonesI’ve been taking Pilates classes at Flow for almost two years and absolutely love it! Highly recommend this studio. If you are interested in private sessions, group classes, or both—you won’t be disappointed!
May 18 · Carmen VasquezMy favorite neighborhood spot! When I moved to Bed Stuy, I was SO sad to give up my fave Williamsburg studios for weekday mornings. But Flow is fantastic — I love love love Britney's classes most. She's tough and technical and so creative. I've never had the same class twice! Love the Reformer/Springboard + Advanced classes!
May 18 · Christine GrattonI've been a pilates convert for about 5 years now and every teacher at Flow has been CRUSHING it. They offer many levels / options for each class, are encouraging, and challenge you as you grow. Everyone I've taken classes from has been so friendly and encouraging as I've worked through a back and ankle injury, I genuinely think I'll never go to another studio again.A special shoutout to Brit, Sierra, and Syndney for how much I've grown in my mind / body connection since attending their classes!
