★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was visiting Portland and stumbled upon this yoga studio. It’s a beautiful bright space, mats and props were provided, the vibes were amazing, and the yoga practice itself was just what I needed. I would definitely recommend and return whenever I’m back in town!
September 05 · Quanessa TramelThis is a great studio. I found it when I was staying in downtown Portland for a conference last year, and I still think about it. Vanessa was really welcoming, had a calm, sweet early morning flow. I just dropped in that one morning, but it ended up being a great part of my trip to Portland.
February 17 · Margit ChristensonI found this studio on a short trip to Portland. I was drawn in when I read their purpose statement. It was the “Culture Forward” for me!Vanessa was amazing! She led us through a beautiful practice to some very dope sounds. The studio itself is beautiful, warm and welcoming! If I’m ever in Portland again I will definitely be back.
February 08 · Jalima AliceaAs someone just getting into yoga, I cannot rave about Flow in the City enough!!! The studio is so welcoming and friendly, and the staff really makes an effort to make sure new folks feel encouraged and included in the space, which I really appreciate since I’m a bit on the shy side hahah. Classes are approachable for people of any level, but really the thing that makes FITC different from any other yoga studio in Portland are the playlists!!! The music is the gamechanger here! They also have a lot of events for members and to involve the community. Studio is well equipped with really nice yoga mats, blocks, and knee pads as well!
July 03 · Kalilah KI’ve been coming to this studio for a little over a year and it never disappoints!! The vibes are immaculate, the space is beautiful, the music is fun, and the local art is such a great touch and really adds to the space. Vanessa is amazing and all of the instructors are so sweet and make this such a wonderful place to come to time and time again!
