★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We were visiting Seattle and wanted to find a local studio to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We had an amazing class with the owner, Kate. Her gentle flow before the farmers market was the perfect way to start the day.10/10 would go back. Kate was so kind and went the extra mile for my sister’s birthday.
April 21 · Ginny McInnis, MBACutest, calmest yoga studio. This place is such a vibe. It’s cozy, peaceful, and feels like a mini escape from real life. All the instructors are amazing — super grounding and welcoming. Most studios in the area are hot yoga or super intense, but this one is different. It’s gentle, calming, and lets you move at your own pace. You’re not there to crush a workout — you’re there to breathe, stretch, and reset. My fave class is Gentle Yoga on Fridays at noon — total midweek therapy. They’ve got mats if you need one and all the props (blocks, bolsters, meditation cushions, straps). I always leave feeling clear, calm, and centeredHighly recommend if you need a break from the chaos.
July 21 · Kayla WillsI was visiting Seattle and am so happy we found this sweet studio. Upon entering the space, I immediately felt calm and at home. We attended a soft flow class and it was lovely and very nourishing. I will definitely be going back when I next visit Seattle!
May 02 · Julia BrennanFlood is wonderful! I’m so glad to have found a welcoming, inclusive, cozy, and possibly best of all, unheated, yoga studio in Seattle. The space is so cozy and chic and the owner and instructors are so warm, approachable, and kind. I’ve taken both their Gentle Flow and Slow Flow classes and I can’t wait for my next class! Go check them out, the class size is small which makes for a very intimate experience and they have such a wonderful collection of goods for sale. Thank you, Flood Yoga, especially Kate and Dakota, and I can’t wait to watch this community continue to grow!
July 11 · Raya PolyakThis is a such a warm and welcoming place to practice. The instructors are kind and offer such thoughtful flows. Would strongly recommend this studio for both experienced yogis and those new to yoga!
