I wasn't sure if they were actually in business (and I saw another reviewer say the same thing) because it's hard to tell from the street, and I also tried reaching out through their website and got no response. But they actually are open!! They're active on instagram and I DMed them for info and got an immediate response that way. You can book classes through Classpass or through MindBodyOnline.The classes I've attended all follow the same format - HIIT training including bike, treadmill, and floor/weights exercises. The instructors are friendly and helpful, and it's a great, quick workout. Highly recommend it!!

The best part about this class is that no matter how many times I go a week, it never feels "easy". The instructors are always pushing you to your limits and I feel myself improving after every workout.

Their class schedule is up to date, I am getting marketing emails (now with trying to contact via email) but I have tried to reach out to ask a few questions and have gotten no response.I have sent 3 emails and called numerous days, but the phone numbers goes nowhere and says it does not exist. As of this review the number still does not work. Even went as far as to drop into the studio during open business hours to ask the questions and potentially sign up. The doors were locked and seemed no one was there.It was rather quite disappointing, because I know my body and know their type of classes would definitely have helped me get to my goals for wedding dress shopping.Best of luck if they are still a functioning business.
September 17 · Tonya WilliamsI've been paying attention to health and fitness for 10+ years now, and Flex is the only exercise class I've ever loved. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Classes consist of 12 minutes on the treadmill, 12 minutes on the spin bike and 24 minutes of some kind of strength training. They spice it up by alternating what activity you're doing often. You're never stagnant and this helps keep me motivated AND burn more calories. Basically, every class is different, so you'll never get bored. It's amazing how easy burning 600 calories can be when you're enjoying yourself!
