Of course, the weekly training and phase programming is top notch. The instructors are simply the best: Coach Cherry’s boundless positivity and energetic encouragement amps us up to rock any workout. You can always count on Coach Miguel who is a true expert in motivation to help you find another gear and show up for yourself even at 05:45. Coach Kara will thoroughly kick your butt and then leave you wanting to do it all over again the next day. I wouldn’t be feeling the results without FLA’s exceptional squad trainers. This club has it all — the coaches, the community and the collective goal of achieving fitness with friends. FLA is simply how training should be done.

The squad format makes every class feel like a team effort, and I’ve genuinely made real friends through it. I moved here from Australia knowing hardly anyone, and within a month I felt connected, supported, and like I had a crew.I used to be a Pilates girl and was honestly a bit nervous about switching to a more strength-based format but it’s very beginner-friendly. The coaches guide you through everything, and the environment is encouraging (never intimidating!). I’ve felt myself get stronger each week, and I’m actually excited to show up to class and see what new punishment they have in store for us haha.The additional weekly classes and run clubs are such a fun way to stay active and meet even more amazing people. (You don’t need to be a "real runner" to join the in the runs, I’m very slow and just starting out, and have felt totally included!).Special shoutout to Cherry and Miguel at Flatiron - absolute legends!
