I was super sore after my class with Sensei Ibrahim (Friday nights) he was very motivating and knows how to work around my neck injury and still get me doing what I love. The bags are my FAVORITE ! Definitely recommend it to try it , you will not be disappointed!

I feel like a new person since joining this little community at Fit in 50! The Coaches are SO supportive and encouraging throughout every single class. They’re also experts in their craft!
