★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Just had my consultation today to consider the program. Kim, the owner, and one of her coaches Jules, did an excellent job. They took 2 hours to fully understand my physical and medical limitations. Also concerns in my life, such as sleep patterns, in addition to just fitness & diet. I've never done kick boxing before. I'm excited to start the 6 week challenge in September and lose more than 6% body fat in 6 weeks. Ken 😊
August 05 · Ken HoffmanI've been at FitTheorem for a couple of weeks now, and I'm already hooked. This is the most inclusive gym I've ever been to. It's the kind of place where EVERYONE belongs, regardless of age, race, gender, or body type. The workouts are serious calorie-burners, but also adaptable to your fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable and super encouraging. I leave each class sweaty, smiling, and proud.
July 10 · Rachel JIf you need a motivating, energetic environment to get your butt moving, I recommend FitTheorem. The staff and instructors are incredible, the challenges are engaging and a lot of fun (and hard 😅), and the support structure they have helps you meet the goals you want to meet.Whether you're looking to tone up, eat better, find community, or just take out aggression on a punching bag, there's a good chance this is the place for you.
June 12 · David StratmanGreat start but terrible ending. On MARCH 2nd, I joined up for the 6 week challenge at FITT Theorem and I signed up with coach Y. I signed a fairly nice and simple contract which was to lose 6% of body fat in 6 weeks and if you do, you get a full refund back. Our date was March 10-April 21st.I did a weigh in on March 2nd because I was curious to see where I was at and they said it was okay for me to start 1 week in advance so I took the chance at it. I tried to weigh in on March 10th because that was my start date but the machine was acting up. So I had to text one of the coaches that it wasn’t working. She said “your initial is the one that was taken during your meeting when you signed up”. (Picture at the bottom)Classes are absolutely amazing and each coach/ trainer had their own unique flair to doing some exercises and it was a lot of fun. Then came the end of my 6 weeks. So I lost my 6% body fat but I did it in 7 weeks because ANOTHER coach told me that I did it in 7 weeks. When I had showed them the text message saying the initial weigh in (March 2nd) would count, they said “ but you started March 10th. Not once did I get a “congrats on losing 6% body fat. They were being frantic and messaging other coaches like “what do we do. We have to give him his money back and take it out of our paychecks”.The way they communicated with me was like they don’t care about your fitness goals, they care about keeping their money. I lost my 6% body fat and the picture that will be provided shows that one of them said it would count. They are basically trying to say “don’t work out until the 6 week challenge starts”.NOW I am talking to Coach F because I don’t know what happened to coach Y. But she wants me to RESTART the challenge BUT NO REFUND. Just CREDIT to pay for continuing the class! I’m already angry because I did my part. I lost my 6% body fat in the allotted time. But I was thinking about doing it because it would give me a chance to lose 6% more.NOW we have ANOTHER coach. Coach K saying if we complete the challenge, I would get “credit” to continue if I wanted to after the challenge. Their idea of credit is actually a discount. If I do another 6% body fat loss, they still want me to pay at a discounted price. Too much miscommunication between the coaches and not once did I hear congratulations on being a better you. I’m guessing the first coach didn’t think I would be able to reach 6% body fat in 6 weeks but wow did i do it.Thanks for taking the time to read it.1st picture:March 2nd: 32.1%April 21st: 25.9%Subtracted: 6.2%March 10th: 28.9%April 21st: 25.9%Subtracted:3%2nd picture: text message
May 01 · Michael VirataI was a little nervy to come into the gym because I had never been into a kickboxing gym but the first person that greeted me was Coach Kierra! She was so nice & so sweet, she took the time to meet with me soon as I got there & tell me more about what they offer/what they do! She convinced me to do the 6 week challenge, I just finished it! Although I didn’t get to my goal, the relationships I built with not only the coaches but the members, have been great. Everyone is so welcoming & encouraging. My piece of advice to anyone tryna do the 6 week challenge, DRINK YA WATER! 🥹My overall experience has been phenomenal, I NEVER thought I was going to get into any kind of boxing because I’m a lover not a fighter but this has been so fun! It has taught me that I can do anything I put my mind to, I’ve been more disciplined & mindful of what I eat, etc.Shout out Coach Fabi, Coach Kim, Coach Zaida, Coach Jocelyn, Coach Milana & Coach Christaray for pouring into me ! Love y’all & God bless y’all ♥️
