He recognizes the importance of movement in we senior trainees and so stresses movement and stretching, but he also finds a way to challenge me to improve my strength and fitness. My past experiences with fitness training have at times been monotonous and repetitive, but Taylor makes sure to mix things up.

They have been a big help for me to meet my goals of gaining strength and flexibilty so I can move well as I age. There is enough variety in the workouts to keep me interested and motivated. They are great at showing me what to do, how to do it, and making sure I am doing it right. They will adjust the workout for any special need I might have. I give them 5 stars for helping me to get fit and to stay fit.
April 22 · Evan WaldenI've had bad experiences with personal trainers in the past, as well as with a poorly taught group fitness class that resulted in a long term injury, so I was somewhat nervous to sign up for personal training with Taylor; however, words cannot describe how happy I've been with my experience. I've seen a huge difference in my body since starting with him in May, and the best part is I actually enjoy doing it. The gym is clean and well-equipped, and Taylor is very good at knowing when you just need a push, and when you need to take a break. I hope to continue using his services for a very long time.
