Our Precision Nutrition Certified Coaches will help you establish better habits leading you to long lasting success. Nutrition sessions run 20-30 minutes long, and will analyze what you are currently doing, help guide the decision making process, and provide the resources needed for change.
- Personal training
Our programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, while educating you on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. We also provide mobility and injury prevention modalities to people with a history of injuries.

Youth classes are by contract only, and vary depending on length, focus, and experience.

- Mobility/Flexibility Training
We utilize FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) to help our members quickly improve their mobility, and keep it long term. This gets incorporated into your warm-up, as well as during your strength training.
- Small Group Training
Our Small Group Personal Training gives you the full experience of Personal Training, but in a small group setting. All members have a custom program designed specifically to their goals, and work with 2-3 other members with one coach. You can sign up for 1,2, or 3 times per week.
- Strength Training
We teach all levels of fitness experience on how to safely execute the exercises you have always wanted to master. The primary motions we focus on here are: Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Pull-up, Row, and Horizontal Press (push-up or bench press). Starting at your level of experience of course.

Private Training is a great starting point if you have injuries, or little to no experience with exercise. This will allow you to feel comfortable starting your journey knowing that you will learn the right way from the start.

Cancer treatments vary, and are extremely tough on the body. Our Cancer Exercise Specialist will work with you during and after your treatments to help you stay healthy, and as strong as possible. Please inquire with any questions.

Whether you are thinking about having a baby, or have had multiple. We know what you should be working on throughout all of the phases, and will make sure your exercise is appropriate and comfortable.
- Small Group Training
Our small group training is ideal for sessions of 2-4 people, looking for a high energy and motivating workout. Your group will work with a personal trainer, who will tailor your training and exercises to your individual goals and physical assessment results, while building a fun and supportive

June 30 · Theodore HartFitness & Fuel (F&F) offers elements to my health and lifestyle that I cannot provide on my own: tailored and dynamic workout plans, encouragement and accountability. Above all, they have transformed my fitness journey into a joyful and community-oriented experience. This was a monumental shift from my previous approach of trying to "coach" myself into going to the gym, on a run/ride or to a one-size-fits-all class. My only regret is that I did not find F & F sooner!The tailored aspect of the plans is one of the highest value-adds for me. Without a background in training and fitness, all I had before joining F&F were my preferences and (often incorrect!) beliefs about what I needed from a fitness POV and how to achieve it. F&F trainers bring expertise, experience, encouragement and the 1:1 attention needed to tailor and adapt dynamic fitness plans. These plans have helped me to grow stronger, faster and move better without being overwhelming. The progress I have achieved, even in the face of persistent injury, has been amazing, and far exceeded my expectations of the progress I could make. I also did not expect to look forward to sessions as much as I do (which turns out to be one of the magic ingredients in their approach!).F&F trainers support each client's progress towards their individualized goals (which you can define yourself!) and provide support that keep you accountable and on track with these without being overwhelming. The trainers tailor personalized plans to make sure that each session makes impact for you in the short and long term. They help you visualize the growth you are making and adjust as needed (and in the moment) to meet you where you are when you come on a particular day.This review is not only a hearty endorsement of F&F, specifically, but it is a review of individualized fitness generally. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive and the workouts are individualized and optimally challenging. The overall vibe is welcoming and encouraging. The small group format hits the sweet spot between enjoying working out in the company of others while getting a tailored workout with one on one guidance and coaching.
