The trainers are so engaging, they have a unique way of making your workout fun yet challenging at the same time. Each workout is well thought out, but paired with accommodations to fit your needs. Fit Culture is different than other gyms because the trainers are so involved in the work out with you. They are right there to provide you with a different weight or adjust any workout. I appreciate all the feedback I receive during class, it has helped me grow. Fit culture doesn’t just provide a great work out for an hour, it help motivate you to be the best version of yourself.
