I was introduced to yoga and cycle/spin at Fit Project and I cannot imagine my life without either of those workouts as well as the strength workouts and MetCon- there is a variety of workouts and I love that. Kristine and Matt the owners, as well as all the coaches here, are truly amazing, they all have accomplished many goals for themselves which is so inspiring! All of them are very encouraging, they check up on you and are always rooting for your achievements at the gym and in life. They’ve shown me how strong I can be and how much my body and mind can take. I have become mentally and physically stronger because of Fit Project!! I have gained a road to a healthy lifestyle here at Fit Project and have conquered every goal I set out to accomplish here. I couldn’t have done it without the coaches and the other team members. The whole team is very supportive of each other- we root for each other at every single workout! Fit Project also holds many events that we do together for motivation and fun and have a blast during the workouts and events. I love this place I can honestly say I have found a gym that has become my second home. My husband Steve and I have been training with Kristine for years…so long that I don’t know for sure, but it’s been at least 4. She makes workouts diverse, effective & dare I say that they are even fun sometimes! She motivates us both to do our best and has been incredibly supportive of our fitness goals. We have 2 daughters ages 10 & 13 who have also come to know Kristine very well. She is an inspiration to them and they enjoy working out and learning from her as well – check out the kid’s boot camp program!

Kristine cares about her member's health and fitness, and will do whatever it takes to make sure each person is successful with their workout strategy. The gym now offers metabolic testing, helping people in meeting their fitness goals through a personalized plan for their daily caloric intake. As a triathlete, I'm grateful for the variety of class level options, from beginner to advanced, from strength to core to cardio to yoga and Kinstretch. Love this gym!
