I have taken the bungee basics, Bungee HIIT, and Circuit training classes and I can tell you that all 3 of them are fun, exciting, and a great workout. This gym creates a positive environment for all skill sets, body types, and experience levels. I have finally found a workout that I love, and I've made several friends in the process.
