They put together challenging workouts and they walk around the floor during the workouts to help you with form and/or to push you to do more than you think you can and they support you the whole time! They know you by name and are always at the door to welcome you in. The community being built is just like a family…that’s why we are called the Fit Fam! I’m getting stronger, toned, and losing weight…IT IS AWESOME! Come give it a try-you will not regret it!

The workouts were fun, challenging, and well-structured—we both noticed real changes in our strength and endurance. I especially appreciated how the program helped stabilize and strengthen my core, which made a big difference in my regular weightlifting. Coach Kyle and the whole team were incredibly encouraging and supportive throughout. Even though we’re not able to continue with a membership right now, we’re really grateful for the experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness. So encouraging and attentive to each each persons needs. I have noticed such a change I my body already. I have hip and knee issues but worked through them at the beginning and honestly they have gotten better. I’m down 17 pounds and am stronger than ever! Most important for me have been the simple lifestyle changes … being able to get up off the floor while holding my grand baby. I want to stay strong so I can be self sufficient as I get even older and Kyle and his crew are helping me achieve that goal and have fun doing it!!

It's great showing up and having the workouts planned for me. There is so much variety that every day is different and I get a great full body workout. Coach Kyle and the rest of the staff are amazing - great motivators without being pushy. They help make sure we understand the exercises and use proper form but also work to make it fun! I love that I'm in and out in just over 30 minutes. I'm getting stronger, losing weight and feeling great. Give it a try!
