good staff. But not female friendly. Most equipments are suitable for male body and needs. Doesn’t even have chest fly and rear delta machine or the abductor. Both should be stable equipments. Doesn’t even have bumper plates. Doing deadlifts and thrusts is such a pain. The owner thinks the regular 45lb is the same size as bumper plate but please not everyone can start with such weights on both sides. Also the bars and handles are very old and hard to grip, which affects how your muscle feels and how good a target you get. I’m from a big city. Disappointed at the gyms here.
