I always said wanted to try CrossFit when I retired and this gym has been such a wonderful place for me. The community is warm and welcoming.F.I.Training is a family owned business. Peyton, owner and trainer, is amazing. He always adjusts the workouts so we can do them safely, and he truly cares about everyone here. Peyton encourages us to, “dominate the day.” He pushes us to do our best, but always with kindness and with our health in mind.I feel stronger, healthier, and happier since joining.
