That’s when I saw the FBBC ad on facebook. It’s not only the different kinds of workout I like but the environment they create whenever we’re in session. They cheer you on and motivate you to push yourself by not quitting but also they dont judge you when you take a break to breathe. I have lost weight in almost 4 months and I have never been happier, my mood is brighter, clothes fit so much better and I am much healthier than before. FBBC is the best! 🫶EDIT: After a year, Im still loving FBBC, the friends Ive made and the awesome coaches we have! Lost over 50lbs since I joined, went down 4 sizes and never felt better. After having 2 kids I just couldn't seem to find space in my home to exercise without constantly having kiddos interrupting me. I've been a member of Fit Body for a few months and absolutely love it. The workouts are all similar enough format that you know what you're getting into every day but different enough that you are working every part of your body in a different and challenging way each week. The community is great and everyone involved from the coaches to the other members make you feel so welcome and are such a positive vibe. It truly feels like a family and it's a unique atmosphere that I've never found in another gym or workout program.

Since I’ve joined Fern Creek Fit Body, I love going. I like that it only takes 30 minutes and the workouts are planned for you. The staff there are so encouraging and they make it fun. They also make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly so you don’t injure yourself. I’m glad I made the choice to join!
