I had been going to the flatiron location for a week before trying out the west village and when I tell you the difference is night and day. The “coaches” at west village were so unhelpful and clearly didn’t care about being there. The energy was appalling and I could barely hear the “coach” at the beginning instructing us on what the workouts were. Don’t waste your money, go to the flatiron location instead.

Jino and the evening coaches help us with proper form and encourage us to increase weights for challenge. I’ve seen a difference in my body since starting the classes at F45 West Village! Love it! 😍

I see strong results and it’s an empowering and light hearted environment, which is rare in NYC these days. It’s also a great workout to do with a friend or a great way to meet new people as you are usually paired up in classes!
