I've seen really great results and actually look forward to going to class. There's a great social aspect as well, and everyone is always so welcoming to newcomers. I find that the classes and exercises are varied enough that you don't get bored of anything, and all of the coaches are able to bring their own "flavor" to the classes as well.

For it being only 45 mins long these workouts are very effective. This Olney location is very clean, organized, and the coaches are excellent. Natasha does a great job explaining the workouts also correcting me if my form is bad. Highly recommend her classes!
