★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been training at F45 Olathe for about six months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The professional programs and the creativity of the workouts have kept me engaged and motivated without ever feeling bored. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to step in with expert coaching and encouragement, which makes a huge difference in my progress. Beyond the workouts, the sense of community here is outstanding — the relationships with other members have been just as rewarding as the training itself. The facility is also very clean and well-maintained, which gives me confidence in the hygiene and safety standards. Overall, F45 has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dynamic, supportive, and professional training environment.
September 01 · Changhyun KimI have been a member of F45 Olathe for about 6 months and have really enjoyed my experience. I hadn't been to gym regularly for many years, so I really appreciate the structure of the workouts here. Everything is ready for you, the workouts are on screen so you know what you should be doing, and the trainers are present to correct me or give suggestions on what I should be doing differently. The trainers are all nice and accommodating with no pressure to push you further than you are comfortable. The workouts themselves seem to go through phases where they repeat every week for about a month and then switch to another program. This is good for me so that I can get used to a certain workout to know which ones I really like, but isn't repeated forever to the point it gets stagnant. I would definitely recommend F45 to anyone.
June 17 · Eric ModrellThe gym/studio was very clean. The coach was helpful and encouraging to everyone working out. I attended 2 classes here during the same week. I will be back for sure! I definitely recommend this place for all your workouts!
June 16 · Laura WojenskiI’ve been coming to F45 for about five months and love it more everytime I come. The workouts are fast but challenging, and I love that I just show up, get it done, and not have to think about it. All coaches are super supportive but also know when to leave you alone and just let you work! My goal is to get stronger and healthier to keep up with my three kids, and I love that I’m seeing results and am stronger than I’ve been since college. So thankful to my F45 coaches!
June 29 · Amanda PrestiaThe good: Everyone is nice, the facility is clean, and the workout is decided for you so you don't have to guess what you're doing that day. It's all laid out in order for you, and the movements are up on a screen. The not so good: The demo of all the movements happens so fast that the poor instructor has to run around like a chicken with their head cut off and even then they barely make it through on time. The "dynamic" warm up is maybe 2-3 minutes long and is no way sufficient enough to truly be ready for a workout. During the workout the "coach" is more of a cheerleader. Not once during my class did they provide feedback on movement form to anyone in the class or guidelines for weights. They had these weird weights labeled small, medium, and large and couldn't answer how much each weighed. If you are strong you will max out their weight capacity. Also they do repeat workouts every month-ish which for me would get repetitive. If you generally know how to move well and exercise I could see this being a good fit if you don't want to plan your workouts. It'll be one of those "you get out what you put in" type deals. If you want true instruction on the movements, weights, and to be coached my guess is that the instructor plays a big roll in that so that experience will vary based on who is leading the class. I went in to this with a higher expectation of service based on what I saw online and unfortunately it didn't live up to that. If there had been more instruction I would've given more stars even though it wasn't a fit for me, but for a fitness service it really just seems like an overly expensive workout programming system.
