I always found it difficult for me to maintain any sort of routine, but F45 keeps me on my toes every class. The coaches here are excellent. One in particular, Nick, keeps the class fun, always in high-energy/motivated, and he makes sure that you’re doing each workout correct and safe. Along with Nick, the other coaches like Sophia and Jared make sure to do the same! I’m never afraid to ask for help with any of the team members there. Lastly, what I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the level of camaraderie I see here. Everyone is there for a great, solid workout and I’m always met with people who push each other in a positive way. I will 100% continue to push F45 as a great place to workout!

The classes are change daily with some days cardio based and some days strength based with some combination - each providing challenging movements and efficient training. This particular location has great trainers who help with your form and structure. And F45 is great no matter what level of fitness you are at because you work at your weights and to your ability. Definitely worth trying!

It's also a brightly lit facility with lots of windows — that makes such a difference compared to some other similar gyms that are warehouse-y and windowless. Also - it's a good mix of people working out with you, of all ages and genders. I definitely feel accomplished and motivated every time I leave!
