As someone who wants to be fit but has a hard time figuring out what exactly to do in a gym, the workout format is very helpful. The workouts are circuit-based, meaning that you’ll work for a certain prescribed period of time then rest for a certain prescribed period of time.The coaches are all amazing. They give great tips on form and technique, and they’re always encouraging. I really enjoy working out here! Also, as a side note, this is a great place to work out if you want somewhere queer friendly. I have never felt anything but safe at this location.

Really nice studio—clean, spacious, organized, and well-stocked with a full locker room and showers. Will was a wonderful instructor, very welcoming to me as a first-timer to this location and attentive and encouraging during the workout. Note that they have a strict 1-minute late policy—make sure you arrive with enough time before class to check in, change, and get settled (they won’t let you in if not!). Great experience overall—I’ll definitely be back!
