F45 makes it simple. You commit to 45 minutes of circuit-based, team training with experienced coaches in a judgment, mirror-free environment. All equipment is provided for the workouts, so all you need to bring is some water, a positive attitude, and a towel (because you're going to sweat a ton).While I can't say enough about how the workouts have helped me improve in terms of strength, mobility, stamina, confidence, etc., what continues to set F45 MBP apart from gyms are fantastic people. Each day I'm working out next to somebody different, including Olympians, stay at home moms, and seniors. We all do the same workouts at our own pace while encouraging each other and having fun. The outstanding F45 MBP coaches are right there with us for each workout, providing every member with personalized encouragement, modification ideas, etc.The daily classes are more than just workouts; they are fun and challenging team training experiences with amazing people.F45 MBP is more than just a gym for me. It's a second home to me and a place that I look forward to visiting (even virtually during the pandemic) each day. The members and coaches collectively make this space so very welcoming, entertaining and altogether a fantasticly Fun place to workout.
