★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been training with Scott for a few years now as a jiu jitsu athlete and the number 1 thing I can say about him is that he will get your back STRONG. My back has honestly never been so strong. I love all the different muscles that are worked with him. The sled, belt squat, and reverse hyper have all done awesome things for the strength in my back and legs. If you're wanting to train for any kind of athletic sport, he will work with you and your body to ensure that it is built for the specific sport that you're in. He also did amazing things to help me when I had my PCL replaced in my knee to regain strength in my quad. He's very knowledgeable and inventive with strength training. I definitely recommend him.
June 21 · Verity YataScott is an incredible coach who has changed how I exercise for the rest of my life. His programs are unique and functional and will challenge anybody at any fitness level. I was fortunate enough to train with him in preparation for many jiujitsu competitions, and he provided me with not only excellent workouts, but he has a wealth of knowledge as well. I highly recommend training with Scott.
June 23 · Logan SantosScott is an extremely knowledgeable trainer. He pulls information from many different sports, martial arts, rehab programs, and other materials he has studied or personally practiced to provide the best guidance for his clients. He is also always expanding his wealth of information on exercise and nutrition. He helped me tremendously in the rehab of my ACL reconstruction when Emory Sports Medicine failed me. He has continued to help maintain my general health as well. He uses a wide variety of equipment and exercises to keep things challenging and interesting. I highly recommend Scott and Extreme Performance Training Systems!
June 21 · Sam WilsonScott is the best strength training coach around the area. He is very knowledgeable about strength training, conditioning for combat sports. He's also trained other people for other sports. I can say for myself that I felt a huge improvement in my strength after only training for a couple months with him. I've been now training with him for years. If you're looking to get strong the right way EPTS is what you're looking for. A++++++
June 21 · David ToranzoAffectionately referred to as the Professor of Power by his clients, trainer Scott Shetler, is a wealth of fitness knowledge! His credentials include National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified trainer, certified Westside Barbell Special Strengths Coach, and a World Kettlebell Club (WKC) certified kettlebell lifting coach. As a seasoned veteran of the fitness industry Scott has built a beautifully clean and well accessorized facility. As an experienced athlete I enjoyed seeing all the standard gym tools and was surprised Scott had some specialty equipment not found in most gyms! Having accumulated many injuries through years of martial arts training I am fortunate I met Scott. His diversity of knowledge, and experience have been vital in my rehabilitation. Whether you're a novice or professional looking to build the best possible version of yourself I've watched Scott develop fun programs customized uniquely to each individual.
