Class size is small so Susan always asks if there are specific areas anyone wants to work on. The studio is clean, bright and inviting. The timings (8:45am, evening and weekends) fit perfectly with my schedule. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone interested in these classes.

The workouts have sculpted my body, strengthened my core so my back no longer bothers me, given me strength and flexibility, and makes me feel energized. I can’t imagine starting my day without the wonderful workouts. An added benefit is the amazing women and a few great guys, who are now part of my social network.
