Essential Physical Therapy & Pilates Reviews
I was referred to Essential Physical therapy for a persistent shoulder pain I was having that was preventing me from full participation in my usual physical activities and exercise. Through approximately 8 visits I was able to make a full recovery and 'graduate' from physical therapy, and my shoulder has continued to get stronger and has remained pain-free. I was skeptical that PT would be enough to fix my issue, but these guys rock and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
August 21 · Nick Van Den BergDaniel was absolutely THE reason I was able to get 100% mobility back after breaking my knee and tibia (I didn't need surgery thankfully) I just needed thr correct physical therapy & goals. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable...making me believe in the big picture, one day at a time. I really looked forward to each session. Now that I'm back at work time feels like it's mine again, the first time I ran it felt so great! Riding my bike feels so goood, I'm forever thankful for your kindness and respect. You gave me mobility again, that's everything!
May 25 · lonotiki , Shannon O'If you like mat Pilates, you will love doing Pilates on a Reformer. Unlike mat, the reformer makes it easier to maintain proper form and precisely target muscles and muscle groups. In the middle of an exercise a simple cue from Willow or Kaaren can transform your understanding of what you are doing, what you are working, and what you should be thinking about. In the middle of an exercise--an exercise that you've done a million times before, a prompt to make a subtle change or adjustment (in your mind or body) and...a light bulb pops on. You feel it. You feel something you haven't felt before. You feel Joe Pilates smiling down on you. I love this place. PS Essential has five reformer machines. Reserve 'em while you can. Just don't take my machine. Mine is the one in the back flanked by two others.
November 12 · Vicky MazurPhysical Therapist Ayden Crandall performed a thorough assessment of my condition, pinpointed the exact problem and designed a regimen that improved my condition. Episodic, intense pain had slowed my active lifestyle and the resulting negative emotional responses further affected my health. The staff at Essential Physical Therapy & Pilates gave me hope that I can return to my normal, active self. Thanks Ayden and KK.
July 13 · David JablonskiI go to Essential for physical therapy, but also 3 times a week for Pilates. It's terrific.
