★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Brie is amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. As a Yoga teacher for 20 years, I know my body pretty well but Brie may know it even better. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. I feel taller and stronger every time I leave a session with her.
September 27 · Rachel PageEquilibrium is amazing. Over the years, I have had the privilege of having lessons with Brie, as well as with a number of her lovely junior instructors and have NEVER received anything less than kind, dedicated, unparalleled instruction in Pilates the way it was designed to be taught (per Joseph Pilates himself). Additionally, Pilates subsequently became the only form of exercise I have been able to consistently stick with (and I’ve tried it all! Spinning, Zumba, Yoga etc) and I have seen amazing changes in my body. I actually feel energized after working out - not exhausted and ready to stuff my face! My body has never been stronger or leaner and I feel so much better as well. For the last few years I lived out of state and though I found some ok Pilates studios, I was never able to find anywhere that had the quality of individualized instruction and just incredible knowledge of the method than Brie does. If you have injuries, health concerns or anything like that, this is the place you must go - Brie knows how to modify the method so you get the work out without doing any harm. As a medical professional myself, I can verify that her expertise in physiology and the human body is admirable and that she is truly a master of her craft!
