The trainers establish such a welcoming environment where you are able to build your confidence with each workout. The classes are small group classes focusing on both strength and conditioning to give you the best overall workout! They offer many class times for each day which has been crucial in my busy work schedule! I’ve also added seeing one of the trainers, Tatiana for individual training which has continued to improve my strength immensely! Every trainer has been fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend joining EPOC for all your workout needs!
