After a break, I am now back to doing sessions with her where my workouts are tailored around my current injuries to build back strength. January 25 · Deepti NairI love emerald city Pilates. Jess is so knowledgeable and fun! The studio is so comfortable and non-intimidating, yet I feel stronger with every session. I’m a cyclist for fun and I’ve wanted to get more flexible and strong so I can be faster when I ride and feel more in shape. I’ve only been working with Jess for a short time but since I’ve incorporated my sessions, I’ve had several PRs during my rides, improved my cardio function and my FTP has gone up by ten points also. I also love that it feels so good but it’s not so hard that I never want to return. She knows what your body needs and what you can handle without injuring you or overdoing it. I highly recommend emerald city Pilates!!!!!
