Coaches Eli and Liza have helped show me exercise can be enjoyable and showed me how to get a good workout that won’t leave me in pain the next day! I highly recommend Elite Progression to anyone from beginners to experts! They’ll show you everything you need to know, all you need to do is show up, and trust me you’ll want to!

If you're a newbie, they will motivate you to safely do your best. If you're already "in-shape", they will push you and make you fall in love with fitness all over again! The atmosphere is immediately welcoming and friendly, and the coaches are invaluable. If you have any hinderances, injuries or even muscle weakness/tightness, they will advise and guide you. This is a place filled with knowledgeable people who truly love what they do.
