Website is fully out of date with December 2024 pricing and when calling for more information I felt like I was bothering them. When I pointed out the conflicting information on their site I was abruptly met with the response that they just made theses changes a few weeks ago. Sad because I prefer gyms like this but this lack of a warm greeting has made me seek a membership elsewhere.Edit after business response: I sent in a request for more information and you contacted me asking if I've ever been there before and to come in and see it for a walk around and not providing any info about your gym or services right off the bat. The person I spoke with was short and rude with me when asking questions about cost and the conflicting information on your website. You have 3 trainers featured on your website with classes running all day when you really only have one trainer available during normal business hours. My call and inquiring about your business was your chance, had it been met with more information and a kinder response I might not have written a review but from the sounds of it this type of treatment to potential clients over the phone is acceptable to you. I have given as many 5 start reviews as I've given one star reviews.

It was fun and exciting, and the instructor was great at teaching and making sure you got the steps, and also showed different example of higher impact and lower impact steps. The facility was very welcoming and clean. I would highly recommend this facility!

I cannot say enough good things, and I recommend checking it out TODAY! Don’t wait for a free gym day like I did!!! Highly recommend for any and all ability levels!!!!!

The classes are high intensity and something to look forward to every day. Most classes are a mix of building/toning muscles, cardio, and focused on creating a healthier you.The gym’s atmosphere is also very encouraging. The trainers have really done a great job with building a great environment.
