★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been going to this place ever since they opened in the neighborhood. It’s clean, has a wide variety of machines and well-maintained equipment. If you have never considered working out with a personal trainer, I highly recommend it. I was skeptical at first but quickly found what a great motivator it is to have someone expecting you at the gym and there to lend their expertise and undivided attention. Once they get to know your limits you will have the best workouts of your life. We never challenge ourselves as much as a professional who knows what we can do and can’t do.There are many group classes however, I’ve only taken advantage of the candle-light yoga, which is something else that previously was not in my comfort zone but have really enjoyed.
February 11 · Chris BaerI am so happy I join this gym. It’s clean, not crowded and close to home, so I can walk there. When I signed up, the manager, Chris, was very empathetic towards my needs and kind about my concerns of starting a monthly membership. I am 60 years old and a cancer survivor along many years of hospital visits with sepsis. Now that I’m getting healthier after 13 years, this was the first gym I joined. I’m feeling really good about my consistency of working out and I’m seeing a huge difference in my body and health. Thank you.
June 13 · Bruce BankesI’ve been a member at this gym since 2017 and it’s such a great place to workout! I’ve spent time at their sister gym in Ravenswood as well. The staff and trainers are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They have great classes (I’ve attended both in-person and virtual ones too). What I really love about these gyms is they offer great services and variety of equipment while also providing a comfortable environment. What I’ve disliked about other bigger gyms is how loud it gets (from music and people talking). This gym is great at playing music but not so loud that it’s overwhelming. Even when it’s busy it’s not loud with people chatting. Everyone seems to be non-judgmental and respectful :)
September 08 · Nicole JohnsonLove this gym. Exactly what I needed. Exceeded my expectations for a neighborhood gym. Tony the manager was very knowledgeable and helped me on my first visit. He also continues to show me different work out options. Barbara at the front desk was also very helpful and kind. There is a workout space adjacent to the weight room that has mirrors and solid surface floors perfect for cross training. Although I haven't attended one yet it is my understanding that the classes are great. I recommend it highly.
November 03 · Paul BolgerCame here with a day pass to workout before the Chicago Marathon. Chris, the owner, is super nice and friendly! Well-equipped and clean gym. Will come here again when I visit 😃
