Not only are you working on making lifestyle changes and getting in shape, but you’re getting education on proper form, breathing, techniques etc and they meet you where you are so don’t I never felt intimidated. Starting w/the 30 day transformation class was really helpful and allowed me to be more confident when I transitioned to regular group classes the following month. I only stopped going because I moved out of state.

One thing I love about Edge is there is such a diverse group of individuals. I tend to go to classes at all different times so I get to see different people each time! I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants accountability and support from trainers and other members.
