★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I only use the pool. There is continually a problem with the pool temperature. There appears to be no policy for times to turn the cold water to raise the water level. There is no care as to freezing out the pool occupants. A good management should raise the water during closing hours. Yesterday when I arrived I asked them to please turn the water off. The temperature on the far side of the water blast was only 82 degrees. They refused saying they needed to raise the level. It was apparent my membership did not matter. I was not able to swim and had to leave. I am disappointed customer service is not their first priority.
September 04 · Robin ConnellyGym is getting really run down. Rips in basically the pads of every piece of equipment so there is no way to properly sanitize. Very dated all around. Trainers and their classes in common areas are getting insane.. They will be playing a speaker running a full on hit class, in the only open area for stretching and rehab work. Meanwhile multiple rooms they are running classes in upstairs.. Not ideal when you want to use all the the space you pay more than $70 monthly for.
April 08 · Dread RI am always created with a pleasant smile and hello using my name. The water aerobics are great!! The women’s dressing room is clean. I have not used the rest of the gym yet.
April 18 · Lynn VimontSo much better than the big chains. Friendly staff, awesome classes, always clean, and the pool and sauna are perfect. Our kids have grown up here - started in child care and now are working out alongside us. Having access to 2 gyms with different class times and offerings is convenient. There's no pressure or gimmicks, no added fees, signing up is straightforward. The instructors and personal trainers are approachable, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It's hard nowadays to find what they have here - a gym for the whole family with supportive staff who genuinely care about their clientele. These 2 locations are a blessing.
November 08 · Elizabeth FitzgeraldJust started here. Very impressed with the facility. Great atmosphere and very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Great for the whole family!
