Steve is an amazing trainer- motivating, engaging and professional.The group training classes are large enough that there is great energy yet small enough to provide the benefit of the focus and intensity of small group training (and, individualized exercise modifications). Classes and personal training incorporate boxing, strength, weight & cardio circuits and functional movement exercises. The atmosphere is energetic, motivating and encouraging. I love getting my day started with training at ECX!
