I gave up completely on doing things I enjoyed, and I suffered mentally and physically. Just over a year ago, I walked into this gym for the first time. I had never stepped foot into a CrossFit gym before, and I wasn’t sure it was for me. I couldn’t have been more wrong. East Coast Fit welcomes EVERYONE with open arms. The support here is next level. The community-oriented atmosphere at this gym makes it so special, unlike any other gym. I have become addicted to getting to my classes at this gym, and am only in a bad mood these days when I don’t make it to a class. The classes are appropriate for anyone at any level because everything is modifiable. We cheer each other on through the end of workouts, and challenge each other when we see potential in others. East Coast Fit is so much more than a gym, hosting fun events throughout the year so everyone gets to know each other despite which class time you typically work out at. I followed for 6 weeks and saw transformations that I had not ever seen with my body ever. The gym is amazing both instructors and members have been inspiring and motivated me in every step along the way!! This gym truly cares about your success. They call and check in on you on a weekly basis making sure you are staying on track with both your nutrition and fitness goals. After my challenge was complete, I hit my goal!! I joined as permanent member and are working out on a weekly basis!!! Not only physically has this changed my life but also emotionally!!! I feel like I belong with open arms.
