I started my journey at Dutch Kills Fitness in December of 2018. As a former North East regional CrossFit athlete, I experienced a devastating injury (ACL tear) after my appearance on “NBC’s Titan Games” and was graciously received by Dominick Fortino at Dutch Kills Fitness, for his expertise in strength training.Under Dom’s guidance via prehab and post surgery rehab programming, not only did I return to the competitive realm of CrossFit, but I came back stronger and with improved movement/ technique.If not for this gym, the programming, and its strong community, I’m not sure I would have made the comeback that I did.
