December 18 · Norbert LopesTina‘s classes are always a blast whether it’s HIIT, Pilates, bar, or yoga, you’re gonna have a great workout. She has variations for every move and If it’s not hard enough for you, she’ll find something that works your muscles more. It doesn’t matter what exercise level you’re at you’re always have a great workout. I highly recommend her classes for everyone who wants to improve and have fun while doing it.
December 17 · Leeann KanewskeI have taken several classes and I have to say they are all great. It is a tiny and clean studio so only a small number of people are allow per class. I like this because it feels a little more intimate and the instructor has the time to walk around and correcting your form or providing modifications as needed. Equipment such as yoga mats, blocks, and bands are provided so you do not have to bring your own unless you want to bring your own stuff.
