November 30 · BrookeI’ve been coming to this studio for a few years now, and it’s honestly become such a special part of my week. It’s in the perfect spot for popping in after work which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. The space has a calm, welcoming vibe, and the teachers are all really down-to-earth and supportive. It never feels intimidating here, just a place where you can show up and get a great workout in.One of my favorite things is that there’s a Life Alive right inside the studio. It’s super convenient to grab something healthy after class without having to run around the city, definitely a little luxury I appreciate. I’ve tried a bunch of the classes, but Pilates is the one I always come back to. It makes me feel strong and clear-headed, and it’s just the right balance of challenge and flow. This place has become such a steady part of my life, and I’m really grateful for it.
August 27 · Sarah FeatherI had the pleasure of visiting the South End studio for the first time this week! The collaboration between an organic cafe and yoga studio is so lovely! I had a wonderful morning taking a hot power flow and eating a nutritious and delicious meal! The Ocean Blue was also to die for and matched Down Under's branding blue which I loved as an avid Down Under fan~ If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend paying the studio a visit and getting something yummy to eat :)
