Doomsday Athletics Reviews
Highly recommended. Ian Currie, owner and coach at Doomsday Athletics in Windsor, has a deep knowledge and experience in training and fitness. In addition to coaching younger athletes, he has guided this 79 year old to increased strength and abilities, preparing me to compete successfully in powerlifting competitions.
November 19 · Bruce BergI'm a pretty lean (some might say scrawny) 5' 6", 120lb guy without real lifting experience and was hesitant to start weight training because I worried I'd be out of place amongst a more muscled and practiced crowd. I took a chance anyways and found that Ian (owner, trainer) runs a welcoming, fun, and educational gym that meets everyone where they're at. That friendly persona extends to other members so that it's a place where virtually anyone can go and find themselves both welcome and challenged in a good way.
