Strength way up, conditioning up, composition much improved, body fat way down, etc.. I work out at my gym 2-3 a week but look forward to the drive from Fremont (Seattle) to see Noah. If he has an opening, I would jump on the opportunity to work with him, he’ll change your life.

Noah was able to help push my limits past even where I thought my own boundaries were and take me to the level of fitness that I sought after. Do Work was able to recommend great nutrition plans that helped my body form to its new identity and from there increased my energy 10x!! They have great group rates and are always putting on new competitions within the gym to keep everyone motivated!.
