Been going here for a little over a year now. This place is awesome for people who are new to Crossfit or working out in general. All the coaches are very experienced and will scale the workouts as needed. I use to try and make myself go to planet fitness to workout but I never felt motivated to keep going. District 135 has an amazing community of people you workout with and encourage you to do your best!
