July 02 · JillianI first discovered Kelly’s practice when I was searching for a prenatal yoga classes and immediately became a devoted student. The classes were so helpful to ease my pregnancy discomfort and the breathing exercises were incredibly useful during contractions. I had a very positive child delivering experience and I can’t thank Kelly’s prenatal classes enough. I also build a strong bond with other moms that were in the group, it’s a beautiful and supportive community. Post child birth I started taking Kelly’s women’s yoga classes. She is always very mindful for her students needs. She has helped me so much with my back pains and my body always feels so open after each practice. I love it so much that I ask her to give me on-going private classes. Kelly’s classes are women focused. She is very mindful of what a women’s body needs at different stages of her life. She avoids certain poses if you are on your cycle instead suggests poses that will help you with cramps and back pain. She also incorporates a little plait yoga to help build strength. You always feel more connected with your body and mind after a class. I feel very lucky that I have found her.

August 28 · Modi LiI've been taking virtual yoga classes with Kelly for years - starting when I was pregnant with my second baby during COVID. She's incredibly skilled at offering adaptations and guidance, which is tough to do in any yoga class, let alone online. Her classes are small enough that we get plenty of individual attention. I felt completely supported, safe, and strengthened throughout my pregnancy. After I gave birth, I joined her postpartum class and now her Women's Yoga. All are FABULOUS. I've kept with it despite moving out of the country because she's really that good. Highly recommended for pregnancy and beyond!

September 14 · Virginia McManusI now have multiple teacher training hours with Kelly and keep coming back for more!!! She is an amazing wealth of knowledge, and knows exactly what newer and well seasoned teachers need to get it right and keep our students safe while designing the classes people need today!!! Kelly takes the nerves out, gets right into the yummy in a skillful and compassionate way. She is hands on, direct, has deep knowledge of Sanskrit, the true meaning of yoga as well as the asana we practice within. You learn what you are doing and WHY as we as yoga students/teachers SHOULD know the cultural roots and philosophy of yoga in order to be better teachers of yoga! Can’t say enough so I’ll review her classes more often. Definitely check out the workshop series - awesome chunks of knowledge that I use to design classes. They are on zoom and golden!
