I joined the gym several months ago with a specific strength goal I wanted to hit, but told the gym owner that I did not think it would be possible for me to obtain (as I could not obtain that goal when I was younger). In a matter of 4 months, I not only hit my goal but surpassed it.The gym is a very inclusive experience with kind, helpful participants. Coach Michelle is a pleasure to work with and knows her stuff. The gym setup itself is perfect for moving weights as well as cardio.I would highly recommend this gym to anyone regardless of age, experience, or any other factors.
