I was impressed but not ready to work with a trainer, but I saved his info anyway. Before working with him, I focused a lot on powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and group fitness classes. I felt strong but wasn’t very happy with my physique – I knew there were imbalances in strength and muscle development.
