September 17 · mindy davisAs a 17 year College Football Administrator, at five different Power 5 schools, I trust D1 with the training both of my daughters (15 Soccer/11 Softball) and would for any gender and sport. The staff, top to bottom, are knowledgeable and quality instructors. The classes have a great mix of agility, strength and conditioning that mimic what a college workout is like. The work is real, no standing around and you are getting your moneys worth. If you have a young athlete and don’t train here you are probably wasting your time and money.I also train with the adult group and these classes have been not only a challenge in a good way but are tailored to adults not trying to “go D1”.*This is not a paid endorsement or for any type of discount…this is an endorsement from a Dad with some knowledge in space happy to give a 5 Star review for a business training his daughters.

I initially found D1 for my son, as he started doing their baseball prep workouts. After sitting and watching him sweat at class - I finally decided to try a free adult class and have been coming here ever since! The coaches - Dalton, Ben, and Anthony - are AWESOME and I never knew 1-hour of exercise could go by so quickly. In addition to the coaches - I’ve truly enjoyed the community of support I’ve found with the other members! Come try it out - if I can do it then anyone can!

May 17 · Highsticker HI love this gym! The 5 am crew is awesome. The work outs are very challenging and the instructors are excellent. I’ve only been going for about 6 weeks and I already feel so much stronger. The facility is huge and brand new. It’s all great.
